I have read that you shouldn't give your baby solids until 4 months, but I have been told by friends and family that 3 months is ok. My baby is nearly 3 months and I would like to give her a bit of baby rice or something more interesting than formula all the time but I'm a bit worried if 3 months is too early. When did everyone else start solids? Thanks.
